We always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to temporary production or shipping issues.
If that happens, we’ll notify you promptly and ensure your order is dispatched as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery Time
- If the item is available in our domestic warehouse (US or UK), delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
- If the item ships from our international warehouse, delivery generally takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location.
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ship directly from our manufacturing facilities, allowing us to keep prices affordable for our customers.

Returns
You may return or exchange your product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
1. Contact Us First Please contact us via email before sending anything back. We’ll provide the correct return address depending on your order and location, as we operate multiple distribution centers.
2. Prepare Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Include your order number and a brief note specifying whether you’d like an exchange or a refund.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, or FedEx).
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

- Underwear, lingerie, and hosiery
- Hair products, creams, cosmetics, and skincare items
- Discounted or clearance items
- Custom or special orders

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Orders canceled within 15 minutes of purchase can be fully refunded.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it must be returned following our standard return procedure.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning an item. These fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, original shipping costs (if any) will be deducted.
Delivery time for exchanged items varies by location.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is refused at delivery or not collected from a local pickup point:

Associated shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.

In some cases, we can resend the package for an additional fee.

If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a partial refund of 60% may be issued, as we retain 40% to cover product and shipping costs already incurred.
Administrative fees (up to £5 / $5) may apply depending on the situation.
